Current hair care routine for damaged hair

For us girls that color and apply heat to our hair we know it can be very damaging and trying to keep it healthy without breaking the bank is important. Lets face it not all of us have a ton of money to be spending on products, I know I sure dont..Im a total drug store junkie just trying to save some money. Here are a few products I have been using to keep my hair as healthy:

Infusium 23 is a leave in treatment to nourish and fortify stressed and damaged hair. I apply after showering spraying my hair like a mad woman and then combing it through. My hair feels so much softer once dried. Sold at walgreens for around $6.99 Reminds me of the Paul mitchell moisture leave in conditioner, Love that one too.

By far my new favorite shampoo and conditioner is the bioinfusion Hydrating line. This product is infused with strengthening wheat protein and vitamin rich wheat germ oil. The product is paraben and sulfate free. This shampoo and conditioner reminds me of the back to basics line which is only sold through cosmetologists very similar but a much cheaper price tag. Sold at walgreens for $8.99 they go on sale for $4.99 often so scoop them up when you can.

JOICO K-PAK RECONSTRUCT- This is a product I got sent to me from a subscription box after using the whole tube i was hooked and had to buy more. I use this treatment once a week and have seen crazy results from using this, my breakage is very minimal! After having this treatment in my hair feels so soft and looks so shiny, never weighing down my head with that greasy feeling you get from some products. Although this isn't a drugstore product it is worth the money because it will last you quite awhile a little goes a long way. Retails for $20 at my local beauty salons.

I always put my hair up in a messy bun while the dye sets in = P
